Tabanan Regency celebrated its 521 anniversary with a lot of activities. One of them by making Balinese Robusta Coffee roasted. It started in the morning the women prepared the clays, woods fires
It held just In front of Warung Tepi Sawah, at Banjar Suradadi, Desa Belimbing, Pupuan, Tabanan.
That time we served traditional food, such as entil, the rice wrapped in the special leaves we called Daun Lengkidi, Sambal Bongkot (special spices made from Bongkot root), Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice ala Tepi Sawah, Ayam Betutu (Our specialilty Balinese Roasted Chicken) Soto Ayam ( local Chicken Soup with rice noodles and shredded Cabbage) Mie Goreng (Fried Noodles ala Tepi sawah) Sate Ayam (chicken satay, grilled chicken meat in bamboo skewers) and the snack was boiled Cassava in the sweet palm juice (Tuak Manis). It was very interesting.
It was opened by Head Goverment of Tabanan, Ibu Bupati Eka Widyastuti.
She had roasted coffee together with all of participants just in front of WARUNG TEPI SAWAH
